Include the email address on your account, what you expected to happen, and any visible error message. Do not send your password, invite code, payment-card details, or API credentials.

Billing help

For a payment question, include the date, amount, and Stripe receipt or Checkout reference if available. Never include a complete card number.

Support is handled by email. We will acknowledge requests as soon as practical and may ask for account verification before changing or disclosing account information.
